How we work together
| Stage | What happens |

| Onboarding | We create your application and offers, and share sandbox credentials. |
| Build | Your team integrates against sandbox. Questions go to one shared email thread with everyone in copy. |
| Testing | You send your test report, then book a session with the integration team. |
| Go-live review | We check the go-live list with you. Once approved, production credentials are issued. |
| After launch | Operational questions go to the same contact; include the paymentUid or subscriptionUid. |
When you write to us
- Say which environment (sandbox or production) and your application.
- Include the
paymentUid,subscriptionUidor errorcode, and the time (UTC). - Never send client secrets or webhook secrets by email.
